what you’ll be doing

• leading shifts and bringing the energy from first bowl to last
• cooking fresh food you’re proud to put on the pass
• coaching your team, sharing what you know and helping people grow
• keeping standards high when the kitchen’s buzzing
• getting closer to the numbers, from stock and labour to kitchen performance
• spotting the little things that could work better and making them happen
