at wagamama, we have three guiding principles when it comes to true inclusivity. zero tolerance, providing a safe sanctuary + mutual respect. we want everyone to know that they have a seat at our bench + feel part of a truly inclusive place to belong. our inclusion allies group is made up team from all over the country, in various different roles that support unlocking that sense of belonging + community by playing their part in diversity + inclusion activity + engagement up and down the country


as part of our true inclusion allies group, we have a group of incredible women here at wagamama in the wagawomen group from across the country who collaborate + network to make sure we are highlighting key areas such as menopause, gender pay, women in our kitchens and beyond

at wagamama, we celebrate every mind being unique and, led by our true inclusion allies, have huge ambition to make sure neuro inclusion is at the forefront of conversation + activity. we’ve got upcoming collaboration with the adhd foundation to really spotlight this and how we make sure all our team feel all on one bench, all the time

shout, 85258, is the uk’s first, and only, free + confidential text service for anyone who is struggling to cope. we’ve partnered with shout and encourage our team to volunteer, pledging 50,000 hours of volunteering over the year whilst highlighting shout as a resource, should anyone feel they need to use it
