our mighty central production unit is based in east acton, london. this is where wagamama's most iconic sauces like firecracker and katsu curry sauce are created. this is also where our beloved gyozas are made. fun fact, our cpu produces 1 million gyozas and 65 tons of sauce a week!

production operative

our production operatives sit at the heart of our central production helping look after our sauces and gyozas, you don’t need previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen. just a great attitude, a passion for food + a willingness to learn, we’ll teach you the rest!

  • you'll assist with mixing, weighing, preparing, bagging, boxing and packing of sauces or gyoza, following our recipes + specifications
  • you'll be part of either our sauce section or gyoza section with the opportunity of being cross trained on both
  • you'll be working in a team where you’ll have each other's backs
  • internal fast track development programmes to progress into a team leader, supervisor + beyond as well as apprenticeship opportunities
