were looking for a senior marketing manager ( brand partnerships) + to join us🌱 ready to dive in and stir things up

purpose |

to drive guest acquisition and build long-term brand equity by identifying, securing, and executing high-profile national and local partnerships and live experiential activations

this role focuses on commercial growth through cultural integration, managing external specialist agencies + scaling live brand moments that connect directly with the restaurant floor

key accountabilities |

  • proactively source, commercially assess, pitch, and negotiate contract terms with new strategic partners (national to local) to build a robust brand partnership pipeline
  • define the partnership strategy, establishing its role within wider marketing, target audience, messaging, customer journey, and alignment with brand and commercial objectives
  • build and deliver integrated Tier 1 activation plans across events, on-site experiences, branding, sampling/content capture, customer engagement, passes, and attendance
  • manage experiential and sampling agencies end to end including the pitch process, onboarding, contracting, SOW setting, and QBRs.
  • manage events end-to-end (i.e., briefing, budgeting, supplier management, campaign delivery, and PCAs).
  • establish Tier 1 KPIs and a measurement framework, then deliver post-event and end-of-season reporting across awareness, engagement, conversions, sales, Soul Club sign-ups, and offer redemptions.
  • partner flexibly with regional leadership teams to support monthly operations and share accountability for through-the-line campaign execution, media/PR agency coordination, localising brand campaigns, and tracking budget ROI.

  • highly organised strong event and project management skills
  • commercially minded, financially literate with experience handling contract terms and rights
  • natural relationship-builder and strong communicator, able to influence partners and internal teams
  • creative thinker who challenges the status quo to build high impact cultural activations
  • experience managing external experiential, live event and sampling agencies
  • campaign management experience with a clear focus on digital, social and tracking ROI
