designate senior sous chef | full time

we’re looking for a designate senior sous chef who’s ready to step up and make an impact. someone who leads by example, stays sharp during busy shifts and supports the kitchen team to deliver great food every time. you’ll be confident running service, keeping standards high and helping create a positive, high performing kitchen culture

you’ll work across a few nearby kitchens, stepping in where you’re needed most. getting to know different teams, building experience in different environments and developing the skills and confidence to grow

what you’ll be doing  

• creating a place where your team feels safe, seen, and proud to show up  

• making sure food quality and kitchen vibes stay sky-high  

• mentoring chefs and helping them grow  

• jumping into prep, solving problems, and keeping pace  

• thinking with a kaizen mindset. constantly spotting the little ways we can do things better, then making them happen
