what will you do?
being head chef at wagamama is all about looking after the development and growth of your team through inspiring leadership, ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and high performing
you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every dish served by your kitchen team meets our high standards.
our food is fresh +we have no microwaves in our kitchens!
the basics
as a head chef you will get:
- annual salary – up to 50k in some sites
- yearly bonus up to £8,000 + extra earnings opportunity
- 28 days holidays + Christmas day off
- £14 - £25 of free food allowance on every shift
- pension scheme
- dry-cleaned chef whites provided every shift
